Occasionally it happens that the engraved products have a slightly longer delivery time than the KLARNA payment target. We understand that you are eagerly awaiting your package. Your package can be tracked on its way to you. Use our shipment tracking page for this purpose. There you can log in with your email and your order number (starts with #MP) and track your shipment.
Free shipping (20-40 business days)
Shipping can take up to 40 business days in exceptional cases. Mostly, however, the product is already in 2-3 weeks with you. We ask you here for a little patience.

The ordered items are always sent directly from the respective manufacturer to you, so as not to cause additional high storage costs.
We currently only ship within Germany, to Austria and Switzerland.
A few days after your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your shipping status.
We always ship the items directly from our manufacturers in order to be able to offer you, the customer, the fairest possible prices. Therefore, it may happen that the ordered items are shipped from different warehouses and can therefore arrive at different times. In such a case, we ask for your patience and thank you in advance for your understanding.

It may be that the order has just been handed over to the logistics company, which is why the tracking information still needs to be updated. We ask you here for a little patience until the update has taken place
We have internationally and Europe-wide represented manufacturers and exclusive partners who work with us on new product ideas and products for pets and produce and ship them for us. Here we work very closely with the manufacturers who have the largest selection of products and also the most efficient production facilities. These manufacturers come for the most part at this point in time (March 2020) from China, Spain, Czech Republic, USA. In the long term, of course, we would like to send completely self-produced goods from Germany.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Exception to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (see § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 No. 1 BGB).
This includes personalised products that have been specially engraved or lasered onto the product according to the customer's wishes.
In this case, please send us immediately an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the change requests to be made. We will try to take them into account at short notice, if the goods have not yet been shipped.
If you have waited a maximum of 60 working days or if the goods received have arrived damaged (please also send pictures to email@example.com), you will receive a refund for the order. This will be done either by sending a new product or by transferring the purchase price back. We regret any such inconvenience!
A failure of the payment process could have several reasons. In this case, we ask you to possibly use another payment method or repeat the process. If this doesn't work either, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "payment process". We will take care of it!
