The shipping costs are as follows for shipping to Germany:
- up to 30,- € value of goods: 3,90 € shipping costs
- more than 30,- € value of goods: free shipping
- Parcel tracking via DHL Tracking
For all other EURO countries we charge the following shipping costs:
- up to 30,- € value of goods: 4,90 € shipping costs
- more than 30,- € value of goods: free shipping
We expressly assume no liability or assumption of costs for incorrect addresses provided by the customer (e.g. missing house number, name not on letterbox or doorbell). The customer shall bear the costs for resending. There is no entitlement to new production of the ordered goods free of charge.
Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods shall be delivered within Germany within 3-4 working days. For EU deliveries outside Germany, delivery will be made within 7-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
